Who we are

A Place for Growth and Wellness

The Center began as a shared vision between Sijo Mike and Bri, who met five years ago and quickly discovered a deep connection through their passion for wellness, martial arts, and family. Over the years, they collaborated on various business ventures, practiced Kung Fu side by side, and created lasting family memories together. Individually strong and even stronger together, they found alignment in their philosophies, teaching styles, and determination to make a positive impact.

Driven by a shared dream, they created The Center—a place to inspire growth, healing, and community for all who walk through its doors. Excited for the journey ahead, they invite you to join them and grow, baby, grow!
