Junior Basic Kung Fu *

Little Warriors (3-5 years) Mon. & Wed. 4:45-5:30 pm 

Designed specifically for our youngest students, this skills based curriculum is crafted to help 3-5 year olds develop the skills that will help them progress towards traditional kung fu classes. Focusing on life-long skills like discipline, focus, and memory, this program helps our littlest students prepare for participation in our Junior Warriors program, as well as school, sports, community membership, and other future endeavors.

 Junior Warriors (6-13 years) Mon, & Wed. 5:45-6:30 pm

This class, tailored for 6-13 year olds, helps our young students form a solid foundation of martial arts and fitness basics that will assist them in their future in kung fu and in their everyday lives. Focusing on leadership, resilience, and the tenets of discipline and hard work, students learn a traditional kung fu curriculum paired with skills that prepare them for young adult and adulthood. 


 Peaceful Warriors (ages 14 +) Mon. & Wed. 7:00-8:00pm

Looking to try a new way to get or stay fit? For our students aged 14- adult, this class is traditional kung fu with a concentration on mobility and function for all ages.   Self-defense, discipline, breath work, and fitness  combine to create a dynamic, progressive curriculum that helps students meet and surpass their individual goals.
