Breathwork, Balance, and Flexibility uses your body's natural resistance, dynamic tension, to tone and strengthen your muscles without the high impact of a traditional workout, with 3 sets of exercises. 

Each session starts with a warm up stretch and 20-second breathing, a lung capacity building routine that slowly builds a single breath into a 20 second long experience. 

Murmuration flow is a series of poses inspired by the graceful movement of birds, focusing on balance and coordination. 

Forest Grounding helps you find your center, set your roots, and stretch your upper body with each intentional step.

Hip Circuit strengthens, opens, and challenges your hip and lower body mobility with a set of balanced stretching that leaves you feeling invigorated and accomplished.
